What’s the weirdest thing you’ve found in your garden?

We found something weird in our allotment at the weekend!

If you garden a lot or have an allotment plot, the chances are you’ve come across a few unusual finds from time to time.

On our plot we have found everything from glass, pottery pieces, nails and the like. Once, I even found the legs of a crow – yes, that is pretty much all that was left but there were quite a few black feathers around which is why I say crow.

The other day, we found our weirdest thing yet. I have questions about it’s origin and who exactly brought it to our allotment. This is what we found:

I’m guessing cow hoof – what do you think? And more than that, what animal found it and dropped it in our plot? Would a bird take that? I need answers my friends!

It did get me thinking though about what other people have found in their gardens. We surely can’t be the only people this sort of thing has happened to?!
