A Spring Walk in the Woods

And a few things caught my eye…

At the weekend, I managed a little walk in the local woods which did me the world of good. It was one of those days where the weather wasn’t letting me do what I wanted to in the garden, I was starting to feel like something was working on me health-wise and for other reasons, I just needed some time out of the house.

And I am so glad I did. It wasn’t a long walk but the difference in how I felt was amazing. So I thought I’d share with you some of the pictures I took. There aren’t many as I wanted to spend more time actually looking, breathing and just being there, rather than focussing on taking pictures!

There are clear signs of growth now so it won’t be long before I can go foraging for nettles, wild garlic and more!

  1. The photos are wonderful, Sharon! 😀 Looks like a great walk, indeed. I can smell the earth and the growth, almost. Enjoy 🍃

    1. It really helped and it isn’t even the long walk you can do there!

    1. Maybe if it was on prescription more people would do it?!
