Beware the water flosser

Dearest Son now has braces, which as you can imagine, is a monumental occasion for him.

It does bring it’s own challenges and some dietary planning of course, but he is managing all of that very well.

The issue is the flossing. As luck would have it, our local Home Bargains store started stocking water flossers.

No brainer, wasn’t it?

Well, he was in the bathroom, trying out his new deice, asking me for advice even though I’d never used one before! I’ll admit though, it looked like fun and I was curious, so I asked if he had a spare ‘head’ for it, so I could have a go.

He got me what I needed and stood back.

That was a good move.

My hair got soaked.

The mirror got soaked.

I practically water-boarded myself.

Needless to say, I’m sticking with more traditional methods!

  1. I’ve had a few interesting times with my water flosser too! It is super good for cleaning under a three unit bridge, so I use it every day.
